Our own channel

From zero to 200M+ views with three AI talking dogs.

Pawcast11 is our own creative lab: three dog hosts, one podcast set, and a format built to be shared. We launched it from nothing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube — and in a year it grew to 250K+ followers, 200M+ views and a real business.

01
The idea

What if the podcast hosts were dogs?

Pet content is everywhere — but most of it is a cute clip, then gone. We wanted characters people would come back for. So we designed a full creative framework: three recurring hosts, one podcast set, and a voice that says out loud what every dog owner suspects their dog is thinking.

The test

Four platforms, one format, real data.

We launched on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube at the same time, cutting every episode natively for each feed. Instead of guessing which platform would win, we let the numbers tell us — then doubled down on the hooks, characters and topics that pulled people in.

The result: 3M views in the first 3 months, from accounts that started at zero.

03
The audience

From 3M views to 200M+.

Recurring characters compound. Every new episode found new viewers, and every viewer already knew Bruno, Beans and Honey. A year in, the channels passed 200M+ views and 250K+ followers across four platforms — an audience big enough to build a business on.

The business

From audience to revenue.

Views are only the start. We turned Pawcast11's audience into income in three ways:

01 · CONTENT

Episodes on 4 platforms

Characters fans follow from feed to feed.

02 · FACEBOOK

Monetization live

The content itself now earns on Facebook.

03 · DIGITAL

Digital products

Products fans can buy and download.

04 · MERCH

Online store

Pawcast merch, worn by the hosts themselves.

Merch store live

The hosts sell their own merch.

When your characters have a fan base, every product launch is content. The Pawcast merch line launches the same way the episodes do — on set, with the hosts wearing it.

The journey

One year, zero to a business.

1
Months 1–3

Launch & test

Characters, set and format live on four platforms. The first 3M views proved the idea.

2
Months 4–12

Grow the audience

Double down on what works. The channels compound past 200M+ views and 250K+ followers.

3
Today

Monetize

Facebook monetization, digital products and an online merch store — all live.

What made it work

Three things you can steal.

01

Characters beat campaigns.

A cast people recognize turns every new video into an episode they want to watch — not an ad they skip.

02

Test everywhere, then focus.

Launching on four platforms at once showed us fast where the format worked best — and where to push.

03

Build the audience, then the business.

Monetization, digital products and merch came after the fans. An audience you own is the strongest launchpad there is.
