Di Fiore Creative offers services through two engagement models:
When you purchase a monthly subscription through our website (such as the Starter, Launch, Growth, or Scale plan) via our payment processor, these Terms of Service constitute the binding service agreement between you and Di Fiore Creative LLC. By completing checkout, you agree to the deliverables, pricing, billing, and policies described in Sections 04 through 09 of these Terms.
Custom-priced services (including but not limited to Enterprise plans, custom production projects, and ad spend tiers above $50,000/month) are governed by a separate written service agreement or statement of work executed by both parties. In those cases, the terms of that signed agreement take precedence over these Terms of Service to the extent of any conflict.
New subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. A valid credit or debit card is required at signup to begin the trial. No charges occur during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your card will be charged.
Eligible subscribers receive 30% off their first paid invoice following the free trial when a valid promotional code is applied at checkout. The discount applies once to the first billed month only. From the second billed month forward, the full monthly subscription rate applies.
All subscriptions renew automatically every month on the anniversary date of your first paid invoice. By subscribing, you authorize Di Fiore Creative to charge your payment method on file each month until you cancel. You will receive an invoice and receipt by email after each successful charge. Invoices and payment history are available at any time through the Customer Portal.
We accept major credit cards and (where available) ACH bank transfers and SEPA Direct Debit. All payments are processed by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Di Fiore Creative does not store full card details on its own servers.
If a payment fails, our payment processor will automatically retry the charge over a 7-day window. You will be notified by email of any failed attempt and asked to update your payment method through the Customer Portal. If payment is not successfully recovered within 14 days, your subscription will be suspended and may be canceled. Service will resume once payment is brought current.
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any price change applicable to their plan, and may cancel before the new rate takes effect.
Each subscription tier includes a defined number of video ads and AI-enhanced ad images per billing month, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Deliverables reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
Standard video deliverables are produced in 9:16 vertical format optimized for Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms. Additional aspect ratios may be available on higher-tier plans or by custom request.
Standard production turnaround is communicated at project kickoff and varies by tier. Priority turnaround is available on select plans. Timelines are calculated from the date all required client inputs (brand assets, brief, references, approvals) have been received by Di Fiore Creative.
Each deliverable includes the number of revision rounds specified by your subscription tier. Revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Revisions requested after this window, or in excess of the included rounds, are billed at $150/hour.
Timely delivery requires timely client cooperation. Di Fiore Creative is not responsible for delays caused by delays in client inputs, approvals, or feedback. Subscription credit does not extend beyond the billing month due to client-side delays.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of Di Fiore Creative LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Creative assets delivered to subscribers as part of a paid month become the client's property upon successful payment of that month's invoice. Each monthly payment transfers ownership of that month's deliverables. Until payment for the relevant billing cycle is received, Di Fiore Creative retains all rights to produced assets.
Unless explicitly opted out in writing, Di Fiore Creative reserves the right to display delivered creative work in our portfolio, on our website, in case studies, and in marketing materials. Clients may opt out of portfolio use by emailing support@difiorecreative.com at any time.
Where deliverables incorporate licensed third-party assets (stock footage, licensed music, AI-generated content, or similar), the client's rights to use those assets are governed by the underlying license. Di Fiore Creative will not knowingly deliver assets whose use is restricted within standard advertising contexts.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal accessible at difiorecreative.com or via the "Manage Subscription" link in any invoice email. No minimum commitment applies; no cancellation fees are charged.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the deliverables and services included in your paid month through the end of that period. No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
If you cancel during the 30-day free trial, no charge will be made and your subscription will end immediately. You will retain ownership of any deliverables produced and delivered during the trial period, as defined in Section 06.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Because deliverables are produced on a monthly basis and committed in advance of the billing date, we do not issue partial-month refunds. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented service failures by emailing support@difiorecreative.com.
If you wish to resume your subscription after cancellation, you may do so at any time by subscribing again through our website. Subscription tier, pricing, and promotional offers available at the time of reactivation will apply. The original free trial and introductory discount are one-time offers and do not reapply on reactivation.
When you download a free resource (such as our free ads guide) or sign up for our free trial, you agree to provide accurate contact information and consent to receive marketing and transactional communications as described in our Privacy Policy.

Results described in our materials, case studies, and testimonials are not guaranteed and may vary based on your specific business, industry, market, and circumstances. Past results from other clients do not guarantee similar results for your business.
This website, our services, and all deliverables are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Di Fiore Creative does not warrant that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We do not guarantee specific results from any marketing campaigns, creative assets, or advertising performance. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our direct control, including platform algorithms, audience targeting, market conditions, offer strength, landing page conversion, and client-side variables. No specific return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), or other performance outcome is guaranteed by these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Di Fiore Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, our services, or our deliverables, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
Our website and services may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Google, TikTok, Stripe, Mailchimp, and Calendly. These links and integrations are provided for convenience and functionality. Di Fiore Creative does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, privacy practices, terms of service, or business decisions made by these platforms.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes affecting active subscribers (such as changes to billing, cancellation, or deliverables) will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Other changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the updated date reflected at the top. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
